摘要针对镁合金于其耐腐蚀性能差的问题,本文在AZ31B镁合金上利用激光熔覆技术制备了Zr65Al10Ni10Cu15非晶涂层。进而通过SEM、XRD、显微硬度测试、电化学腐蚀实验等方法,并对涂层的微观结构、显微硬度和耐腐蚀性等进行了研究,得到了如下结论:33530
(1)激光熔覆技术制备的涂层与基体结合良好,没有明显的缺陷。
(2)非晶相硬度最大,复合区硬度次之,基体材料硬度最小。
(3)激光熔覆Zr基非晶涂层能提高材料的耐腐蚀性能,而合适的工艺参数能够最大化地提高耐腐蚀性能,本实验中最适合的工艺参数为激光功率200W,扫描速度100mm/min。

Title Laser Cladding of Zr-base Amorphous Alloy on Medical Magnesium Alloy and Study on its Performance Abstract
The application of magnesium and its alloys was limited by low resistance to corrosion. In this project, laser cladding was utilized to produce Zr65Al10Ni10Cu15 amorphous coat based on AZ31B alloy. A quite range of tools were also employed such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , microhardness test and experiment of corrosion resistance to study on microstructure, microhardness and corrosion resistance of cladding layer. Then three conclusions were as follows:
(1) The laser cladding layer bonds well with the base with no evident defects.
(2) Amorphous has the greatest hardness of all, next the composite area, base the last.
(3) The Zr-base laser cladding amorphous layer do improve the corrosion resistance, better if the processing parameters are appropriate and there is the best parameter that laser power is 200W and scanning speed is 100mm/min in the experiment.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景及意义
镁是地球上储量最为丰富的元素之一,仅仅是海水中的镁元素含量就高达2.1×1015t,而且在目前所有工程使用的金属中,镁合金的密度可以说是最小的,而根据合金成分不同, 通常在1.75-1.90g/cm3范围内,镁合金大约为铝的64%,钢的23% [1]。
镁的原子序数为12,液态镁的密度约为1.58 g/cm3,在293K下密度为1.738g/cm3,当温度接近熔点(923K)时,密度大约为1.65 g/cm3;在标准大气压下,纯镁为密排优尔方结构,晶格常数为a=0.32092nm,c=0.52105nm,原子层堆积顺序ABAB,c/a=1.6236,金属镁具有接近完美的密排结构,而在标准大气压下,纯镁熔点为(923±1)K,沸点为(1380±3)K[2]。 镁合金表面激光熔覆锆基非晶涂层及其性能研究:http://www.youerw.com/cailiao/lunwen_30686.html
