摘要本文采用XRD、红外光谱分析,色谱-质谱分析,核磁共振分析,紫外光谱吸收分析了NHM-X100-20UB热分解性树脂,稀释剂和苏威NOCOLOK助焊剂主要成分及组成。同时进行不同的配比、通过蔡恩杯测定其粘度以及在不同配比下钎剂的涂层强度以及涂布量,以探究钎剂的综合性能。实验结果表明:助焊剂的主要成分为硅粉和氟铝酸钾,热分解性树脂主要成分为十八烯酰胺,十四烷酰胺,庚醇和丙烯酸类树脂,稀释剂主要成分为二甲氧基丁烷和丙二酸,当稀释剂加入量为31.2%,树脂加入量为23.5%,助焊剂加入量为 45.3%时,粘度为690,涂布量为17g/m2,涂层强度为2H时,钎剂使用效果较佳。

Study on the composition of brazing flux for aluminum alloy
Abstract In this paper used the XRD, IR spectroscopy, chromatography - mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance analysis, UV absorption analysis of the NHM-X100-20UB thermal decomposition of resin, diluents and Solvay NOCOLOK flux and composition of the main components. Simultaneously a different ratio, measured by Zahn cup viscosity and different ratios of the flux strength and the coating amount of the coating to explore the overall performance of the flux. The experimental results showed that: the main component of flux fume and potassium aluminum fluoride, the main component of the thermal decomposition of 18 resin amide, myristic acid amide, heptyl alcohol and acrylic resin, the main component of the diluent dimethoxy butane and malonic acid, when the diluent is added in an amount 31.2% 23.5% resin by adding an amount of flux added in an amount of 45.3%, the viscosity of the coating amount of 690 17g/m2 coating strength is 2H, brazing agent was great.
