摘要：鳞爆是搪瓷制品最严重也是最难克服的缺陷之一，每年给厂家带来巨大的经济亏损，大量的研究表明，搪瓷钢板的质量是决定搪瓷产品质量的重要因素，因而，对搪瓷用钢板的鳞爆敏感性检测是十分有必要的。本文阐述了鳞爆的形成、抑制机理及检测搪瓷钢板鳞爆敏感性的方法。采用标准EN 10209和ISO1708中评判方法，测量氢扩散系数、氢渗透时间等参数；并对比检测结果，分析两种方法之间的区别及联系。37308

Comparison of detection performance of anti explosion technology scales enamel steel
Abstract：Fish-scaling is one of the most serious and difficult defects to overcome， itb-rings huge economic losses each year to manufacturers， numerous of studies havebeen indicated that the quality of enamel steel is a very important factor in deter-mining the quality of the enamel products， and thus it is necessary to measure th-e sensitive of fish-scaling of enamel steel.The mechanism of formation and resi-stance of fish-scaling and the methods of the sensitivity of measurement on enam-el steel sheet are elaborated，the hydrogen permeation time and hydrogen diffusioncoefficient are measured by the method of two kinds of standard EN 10209: 1996and ISO1708，comparing test result and analyze the differences and co-nnections between the two methods， influence of thickness.

1.1  背景及来源
搪瓷钢板广泛地应用于轻工、家电、冶金、化工、建筑等行业，制作厨房用具、卫生洁具、烧烤炉、热水器内胆、建筑装饰面板、化工反应罐等等，由于搪瓷产品固有的性能、成本优势，其市场需求及空间巨大。
我国在搪瓷钢方面的开发始于20世纪80年代末期，曾开发生产过日用冷轧搪瓷钢、化工搪瓷用钢等产品，储备了丰富的搪瓷钢技术。武钢是我国最早开发搪瓷用钢的企业；宝钢自1997年以来针对市场的需求开发出新一代的系列搪瓷专用钢板；2006年，鞍钢率先抢占高强度双面搪瓷用热轧钢板市场，并围绕产品特性，成功开发生产出新产品[1]。 搪瓷钢板抗鳞爆性能检测技术对比研究:http://www.youerw.com/cailiao/lunwen_36043.html
