摘要  钢铁产业是增强综合国力、发展国民经济的重要物质基础。尤其是其中板带材的广泛的应用于国民经济各部门。近年来,随着工业用户自身自动化水平的不断提高,对板带产品几何尺寸精度的要求越来越高。板形问题也已显得越来越突出,并成为国内外众多板带生产厂家关注的焦点。
  轧制过程中金属在旋转的轧辊作用下经过一系列变形过程轧成需要的板带材。因此板形问题贯穿于整个生产过程的始终,最终产品的板形受到许多因素的影响,总的概括起来,这些因素分为金属本性和轧制条件两个方面。金属本身的物理性能(如硬化特性、变形抗力)、金属的几何形状,特别是原料的板凸度、板材的宽厚比都对最终产品的板形产生重要的影响。其中最复杂的是轧制条件的影响,凡是能影响轧辊的有载辊缝都可以影响板形。例如轧辊的原始凸度、热凸度、轧辊的磨损、及轧辊压扁等。最终的板凸度及平直度取决于上述因素的综合作用。
  本文针对Φ120/Φ215/Φ520×1400mm优尔辊轧机在轧制0.18~2.0Χ1000~1200mm精密带钢时,同板差过大而影响产品板形的问题。提出从辊系变形分析着手,应用影响函数法建立辊系弹性计算模型,进行中间辊辊型优化,以改善轧机辊系横向刚度,从而使0.18×1000mm的带钢的同板差降低50%、提高轧制产品的板形,以提高我国精密带钢的生产水平和国际竞争力。

Abstract

In recent years, With the continuous improvement of the industrial user's own level of automation, Increasingly high demand on the accuracy of the strip geometry. Problems in shape has become more and more prominent, And become the focus of attention of the Many strip manufacturer.
  Metal rolling process in the role of the rotating roller passes through a series of plate and strip rolling deformation process as needed. Therefore the flatness problem throughout the entire production process from beginning to end product, the shape is affected by many factors, the total sum up, these factors are divided into internal factors (nature of metal) and external (rolling) two aspects. The physical properties of the metal itself (such as hardening, deformation resistance), the metal geometry, especially the plate crown plate width-thickness ratio, raw material to shape the final product produced important influence. Effect of rolling condition is more complex, all can affect the roll load roll gap can affect the shape. For example, the original crown, roll thermal crown, the wear of the mill roll, and roll flattening. The above factors will determine the final strip crown and flatness.
  The Φ 120/ Φ 215/ Φ 520 × 1400mm six roller mill in the rolling of 0.18~2.0 x 1000~1200mm precision steel strip, with the board is too large to affect the product shape problem. The analysis starts from the roll system deformation, using influence function method to establish the roll elastic computing model, intermediate roller mill roll system optimization, in order to improve the lateral stiffness, so that the strip of 0.18 x 1000mm the thickness difference is reduced by 50%, improve the shape of rolled products, in order to improve the precision of strip production in China level and international competitiveness.
