摘要:本论文制备了一款彩色导电油墨,并对其成膜后漆膜的性能进行了研究。通过对基料、粘结料、导电填料、偶联剂、溶剂以及助剂的选择,从中得到了一个较优的工艺条件。并将基料醋酸丁酸纤文素进行改性,使得膜层具有较好的金属感、闪光度及细度,同时采用光泽度仪(KGZ-1A)、涂膜铅笔划痕硬度仪(QHQ)、漆膜冲击器(QCJ)、柔韧性测定器(QTX)以及划圈法漆膜附着力试验仪(QFZ)对膜层机械性能进行测定。研究结果表明在最优条件:醋酸丁酸纤文素30.8g、丙烯酸树脂25.7g、铝粉30g、钛酸丁酯2g、聚酰胺蜡1g、醋酸丁酯6g、二甲苯2.5g、HKY-ES80助剂1g、色浆20g下,测得膜层性能数据为:光泽度85.6、铅笔硬度 5H、耐冲击强度 40cm、柔韧性 曲率半径1mm、附着力 划圈法一级。该彩色导电油墨适用于印刷、喷涂、静电喷涂等多种施工方法,且有良好的流平性、鲜映性和细度,涂膜具有类似电镀的效果。

Preparation and research of colour conductive printing ink
Abstract: a preparation of multicolor conductive ink was presented.and research on the property of coat.Choosing from different base material, binder, conductive filler, coupling agent and solvents, we get a preferred process condition. With a modification of the base material- cellulose acetate butyrate, the coating shows better sense of metal, flash and fineness.And we analyze the measure of coat by gloss meter (KGZ-1A), pencil scratch hardness tester (QHQ), impact tester (QCJ), flexibility tester (QTX) and zoned tester coat adhesion circle method (QFZ).Results show that in the optimal conditions: cellulose acetate butyrate 30.8g, acrylic resin 25.7g, aluminum 30g, butyl titanate 2g, polyamide wax 1g, butyl acetate 6g, xylene 2.5g,HKY-ES80 Assistant agent 1g, paste 20g, the measured performance data of the coat as follow glossiness is 85.6,pencil hardness is 5H,impact strength is 40cm,flexibility radius 1mm, adhesion circle method level one.this colour conductive ink can be used in printing,flame plating,electrostatic spraying and other construction methods,and has good smoothness and fineness is similar to the effect of electroplating.
