搅拌摩擦焊接过程振动与受力特征分析

摘 要双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接技术是近年来发展迅速的一项新型固相连接技术, 在焊接某些轻质铝镁合金方面有许多优越性。为了分析焊接过程的振动情况与焊接质量的关系,设置一组对比实验,采取不同的焊接转速和预热时间,实现焊接过程中不同的振动效果,来采集振动信号。本实验使用 8mm 厚的 6061-T6铝合金,分别选 430rpm,440rpm,450rpm的转速来进行实验。焊接过程中通过3 个振动头与板材连接,测得试板在焊接过程中的横向和纵向的振动情况,得到相关平均振幅、振动振幅和振动频率,实验结束进行一系列的打磨试样、抛光、腐蚀等步骤后拍焊缝金相,研究接头微观组织,通过力学性能试验如拉伸,测硬度等,研究接头的力学性能,全面的分析3组焊缝,得出结论:一般情况下,不同转速得到的振动图谱,振动频率基本不变,振动振幅 A较小的,平均振幅变化不大的焊接过程,相对应焊接质量较好,本次试验中 440rpm转速的实验得到的试样,焊缝质量较好。因此研究双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊过程中的振动情况以及受力特征,具有重要意义,可以更好的分析振动与参数之间,与焊接质量之间的联系。58969

Abstract BTFSW is an innovative solid connection technology in recent years. Compared withsingle shaft friction stir welding, BTFSW has many advantages, especially in weldingsome lightweight aluminum magnesium alloy. In order to analyze the relationship betweenwelding quality and the characteristics of the vibration in welding, the Test set up a set ofexperiments, take different kinds of speed and the preheating time, to achieve the vibrationeffect of different experiment, so as to obtain different vibration signals. We used 6061-T6Aluminum Alloy which is 8mm thick to take tests of different schemes.We set respectively430rpm, 440rpm, 450rpm speed experiments, to obtain vibration spectrum.There are 3vibrating sensors linked with base materials, to measure the specific conditions inhorizontal and vertical when welding.Then we got the average amplitude and vibrationamplitude and vibration frequency. Through the analysis of specimens, such as polishingspecimen, grinding samples, taking metallographic photos and tensile test by measuringhardness, etc. we analyzed mechanical properties and comprehensive analysis of threegroups of welding quality.In general, vibration frequency is essentially the same, vibrationamplitude of a smaller, and average amplitude changed little in the welding process, finallyget the quality of welding is good, 440rpm speed experiment in the test specimen, throughexperimental analysis is more excellent welding quality. Therefore, the study of doubleshoulder friction stir welding process of vibration, is of great significance can help in moreclear understanding and analysis of the vibration and parameters between, and weldingquality between the contact.
