摘要燃料电池有着效率高,无噪音,低污染等优点,因此它已被公认为21世纪最重要的能源技术之一。而固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)是燃料电池中能量转化率最高的一种,并且有望在近年内走向商业化应用。中温固体氧化物燃料电池是当前能源领域研究的热点。67153
本文以LSCF+SDC纳米结构复合阴极为研究对象,利用溶胶凝胶法制备SDC粉末、丝网印刷法制备高结合强度的多孔骨架、离子浸渍法制备LSCF+SDC复合阴极,并通过XRD、SEM、热膨胀分析等表征方法研究了浸渍量、表面活性剂、煅烧温度等工艺参数对目标产物的影响。
研究结果表明浸渍3次后的电池的综合性能较好,选用PVP作为表面活性剂可以使LSCF颗粒均匀的分布在SDC表面,而且比表面积高,并且在700℃至900℃的范围内,随着温度的升高,反应活性上升。

Title Low temperature preparation and characterization of ITSOFCs nano-structured composite cathode
Abstract With the advantages of high efficiency, no noise, low pollution etc, fuel cell has been recognized as one of the most important energy technology of the 21st century. And solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) has the highest energy conversion rate above all the fuel cell, and is expected to be in commercial application in recent years.Nowadays,Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells(IT-SOFCs) have attracted much attention in the research of power sources area. In this paper, nano-structured LSCF + SDC composite cathode is studied, SDC prepared using the sol-gel powder, screen printing high bonding strength was prepared porous skeleton, ion impregnation LSCF + SDC composite cathodes, and through XRD, SEM, thermal expansion analysis to study the characterization impregnation amount of surfactant calcination temperature and other process parameters on the impact of the target product.
The results show that the battery after dipping 3 times better overall performance, the choice of the surfactant PVP can LSCF SDC particles uniformly distributed in the surface, and high specific surface area, and at 700 ℃ to 900 ℃ range, as temperature, the reaction activity was increased.
