摘要细菌纤维素有许多优良性能,而再生细菌纤维素膜扩大了其应用范围。因此,再生技术的研究将促进细菌纤维素应用的更进一步发展。本实验使用NMMO溶剂和碱性溶剂溶解再生细菌纤维素,并将溶解再生所得的铸膜液在不同的凝固浴中凝固成膜,探究温度、凝固浴种类对再生的影响。本实验采用的凝固浴是去离子水,浓度为30%和50%的甲醇和浓度为30%和50%的乙醇溶液。在涂覆铸膜液时,需要用力均匀才可以得到平整,厚度较小的理想再生膜。通过SEM,XRD,和FTIR对再生后的膜进行了检测,结果表明在再生过程中,细菌纤维素的三维网状纳米结构消失了,且晶型也由纤维素Ⅰ型转变成了纤维素Ⅱ型。67471

Title The research of regeneration techniques on preparation of biomass composites
Abstract:
Bacterial cellulose(BC) have many excellent properties and the regeneration bacterial cellulose membrane has expanded its scope of application.Therefore, further development of bacterial cellulose application will be promoted by regeneration technology research.In this work,two dissolution methods including N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO) solvent and an alkaline solution were utilized and the effect of different temperature and different kinds of coagulation bathes on regeneration were studied by the casting solution was coagulated in coagulation bathes.
At the same time,five coagulation bathes including deionized water,methanol which the concentration are 30% and 50%,and the ethanol which the concentration are 30% and 50% were utilized.In order to get ideal regeneration membrane that flat and small thickness,you need to force uniform when you coating the casting solution.At last the resulting regeneration BC membrane was studied by Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).
It was founded that in the process of regeneration,the three-dimensional nano-network structure of bacterial cellulose disappeared,and the crystal type of BC transforms from celluloseⅠto celluloseⅡ.
