摘要:随着时间的推移社会的进步,聚苯乙烯户外建材已无法满足阻燃性能的要求。因此,只有尝试改进其阻燃性能和耐用性能,并减少对环境的危害才能使其继续立足于今后的社会之中而不被淘汰。如不添加阻燃剂,仅仅通过改变复合材料配方结构实现阻燃将极大的提高当今阻燃型聚苯乙烯复合材料的技术水平,为高性能阻燃型复合材料制备提供新思路。本文以聚苯乙烯为主要原料,投入计量的发泡剂、滑石粉、木粉以及白油等辅助原料,采用密炼、注塑的方法制备了一系列结构阻燃型聚苯乙烯复合材料。通过添加不同剂量的粉煤灰、蒙脱土及纳米蒙脱土三种成分来制备结构阻燃型聚苯乙烯复合材料。对所制复合材料的多种性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,所制结构阻燃型聚苯乙烯复合材料基本满足使用性能需要。74116

Development of Flame Retardant Polystyrene Outdoor Building Materials
Abstract: With the progress of society over time, polystyrene outdoor building materials have been unable to meet the requirements of flame retardant performance。 Therefore, only try to improve its flame retardant performance and durability, and reduce the harm to the environment in order to make it continue to be based on the future of the community and not be eliminated。 If you do not add flame retardants, only by changing the composite material structure to achieve flame retardant will greatly improve the technical level of today's flame retardant polystyrene composites for high performance flame retardant composite materials to provide new ideas。
In this paper, a series of structural flame retardant polystyrene composites were prepared by means of condensing and injection molding using polystyrene as the main raw material, and the auxiliary materials such as foaming agent, talcum powder, wood flour and white oil were prepared。 The flame retardant polystyrene composites were prepared by adding different doses of fly ash, montmorillonite and nano montmorillonite。 The performance of the composites was tested and analyzed。 The results show that the flame retardant polystyrene composites can meet the performance requirements。
