摘要：随着“互联网+”背景下O2O商业模式的蓬勃发展，传统物流服务已逐渐不能满足其日益增长的物流需求，一种新型物流模式，众包物流应运而生。但由于没有统一的行业标准和缺乏法律监管，其物流服务仍存在很多问题。基于这样的背景，本文建立了由平台和快递人构成的完全信息静态博弈模型，以此来分析包物流服务的两个服务主体众包物流平台和自由快递人的相关利益行为，得出平台严格管理和快递人规范服务的概率，并分析影响众包物流服务质量的相关因素，包括平台的管理成本，对快递人的奖惩，对客户的赔偿等。并由此分别对平台和快递人提出改进服务质量的建议措施。

Research on Quality Control of Crowdsourcing Logistics Service

Abstract：With the "Internet +" background O2O business model of the vigorous development of traditional logistics services have been unable to meet its growing demand for logistics, a new logistics model, crowds of logistics came into being. But because there is no uniform industry standards and lack of legal supervision, its logistics services still have many problems. Based on this background, this paper establishes a complete information static game model, which consists of platform and express person, to analyze the related interests of the two service entities, including the package logistics platform and the free courier, Management and courier to regulate the probability of service, and analysis of the impact of mass package logistics service quality of the relevant factors, including the management costs of the platform, the courier reward and punishment, the customer compensation. And thus the proposed platform and courier to improve the quality of service recommendations.
