摘要运用人本主义价值取向的社会工作模式介入流浪儿童的救助工作，构建以人为本的救助模式，对传统流浪儿童救助保护工作思路、工作方法以及工作者角色转变三方面进行促进，从而更好地以流浪儿童为中心，促进流浪儿童自我发展，使流浪儿童实现从受助到自助的转变，帮助他们更好地回归社区、社会。本论文主要是从社会工作专业的视角去研究城市弱势群体当中一个不容忽视的群体——流浪儿童群体的社会救助，进而探索出政府部门在流浪儿童社会救助整个流程当中扮演的积极角色以及仍然存在的不足。10868

Title    The study of the process of urban street children's  assistance by policy                                       
Abstract
Use of the mode of humanistic value orientation of social work intervention in the rescue of street children, build a people-centered rescue mode, and the promotion of the traditional street children salvage the protection of ideas, methods of work and workers in the changing role of better streetchild-centered, and promote self-development of street children, street children from welfare to self-transformation, to help them better return to the community, society. This article is mainly from the perspective of the social work profession to study one of the city vulnerable groups can not be ignored groups - groups of street children, social assistance, and then explore the government departments to the active role which the entire process, and there are still street children and social relief inadequate.
