摘要：改革开放伊始，我国的物质水平快速提升，但是这并真正带动人民的社会福利水平。近年来，我国的人口老龄化趋势愈加明显，城市和农村的发展水平不一致、富裕和贫穷之间的距离越来越大，社会就表现出了不同人群之间的收入获得不公平，而这个时候，还不能得到全面的社会生活保障，所以人们就会对社会保障的欲望越来越强烈。我国的社会保障制度从零开始，保障的规模也随着保障制度的发展逐年扩大，保障制度的种类也越来越多，保障的质量也慢慢的有所提升。亿万百姓的切身利益都与社会保障体系有关，同时这也是促进社会和谐发展、实现建设小康社会的必不可少的内容。我国的社会保障还是比较落后的，保障规模覆盖不全、农村养老保障问题、立法滞后、治理不够规范等问题不断出现。这些问题会使我国的社会保障不能起到它应有的作用，所以务必选择有关措施来加以缓解。随着我国经济体系中市场发挥的作用程度，我国的社会保障体制也需要与之相匹配的制度来丰富。35275

Countermeasures to improve the social security system in China
Abstract: Since reform and opening up, China has a rapid economic growth, but social welfare of the national economic growth is not synchronous improve. With the accelerating the aging of the population and urban and rural gap, the gap between rich and poor is bigger challenges, unfair distribution of social shown, under the influence of family security is not complete, the call for the government's credibility and improve the social security is strong.The development of the social security system of our country from scratch, security range from small to large, ensure project from less to more, from low to high security level is continuously expanding. Social security is directly related with the immediate interests of hundreds of millions of people, is the comprehensive construction well-off society, the important content of building a harmonious socialist society. But our country social security is still exist problems: social security coverage is not complete, rural old-age security problems, legislation lags behind, the management of social security system is not enough and so on. All these problems hinder normal social security function, the relevant measures must be taken to solve them. Along with our country socialist market economy structure adjustment, improving the social security system needs further to set up corresponding social security system. This paper starts with the current situation of the current social security system, analyzes the problem of social security system in our country, and puts forward how to improve the measures of today's social security system.
