摘要彝族是一个在历史的长河里拥有灿烂文化的古老民族，为应对生活中的各种纠纷，彝族人逐渐摸索出适合自己的方法，在漫长的岁月过后，古老的解决方法逐步形成了具有彝族人民鲜明特色的法律文化传统。“德古”、“苏易”是彝族传统纠纷解决方式的典型代表。1949年，中华人民共和国成立之后，中央政府加大了对彝族聚居区的关注，该地区最终成为凉山彝族自治州，使彝族人民从奴隶社会主义直接进入社会主义。但在国家公权力逐步深入到彝族群众生活当中时，国家的法律与彝族传统习惯法产生了一定的矛盾与冲突。因此，为了更好的实现凉山彝族地区的法制建设，如何对待彝族传统纠纷解决方式与国家法律体制的关系是一个亟需研究与解决的问题。通过对彝族传统纠纷解决机制的概述基础之上，挖掘其与国家法之间的冲突，并在协调的基础之上对其进行合理利用，以实现该地区的现代化法制建设。87539
