Analysis of the US Asia-Pacific Strategy of Rebalancing the Impact on East Asian Geopolitics
Abstract
In recent years, the United States suffered the impact of the international financial crisis, the domestic economy is in recession, the government and people are eager for new ways to improve the situation of the domestic economy. At the same time, the up-and-coming countries in East Asia spring up, such as China, Russia and so on, the national strength has increased greatly which enhances the importance of East Asia in the international political situation. In this case, the Obama administration adjusted its national strategy, the Return to Asia and the Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy. The focus was moved to the East Asia-Pacific region. The essence is that the United States maintain their dominance in the Asia-Pacific region, protect tangible benefits of the United States in the Asia-Pacific the region and curb the emerging forces in the Asia-Pacific region. To China, the strategies to deal with the sudden targeted measures, such as improving their strength or starting construction of the new Sino-US relations are important. China must well and properly handle Sino-US interaction in the Asia Pacific region's game to avoid differences in transition the dispute and then escalated into war.

一 美国谋划亚太再平衡战略
在结束中东地区的两场战争后，美国总统奥巴马表示，将明确从中东部向亚太地区转移军事力量部署的战略方向，加强美国在东亚地区的经济、政治、军事影响力，“再平衡”该地区的新兴力量。这一基于维护美国国家利益的战略必将会给东亚地缘政治带来新的变化，产生新的影响，值得人们的重视。
(一)美国亚太再平衡战略的背景
1.美国国家内部安全战略调整
奥巴马执政以后，在因战争而大量消耗国力资源和国际金融风暴双重冲击压力下，政府当局认为有必要调整已有的国家安全策略。在结束中东地区的两场战争后，奥巴马表示，将明确从中东部向亚太地区转移军事力量部署的战略方向。2011年10月，在《外交政策》杂志上,时任美国国务卿的希拉里·克林顿表示，“美国未来十年最重要的任务之一就是锁定对亚太地区的持续增加地投入，包括外交、经济、战略等方面。” 不难看出，美国打算持续关注东亚地区，继续美国在东亚地区的主导权，加强与东亚各国家经贸合作，发展国家间互助友好合作，保护国家在东亚的地区利益。
2.对亚太地区的担忧
