摘要：就目前我国的建筑行业而言，建设领域信息化水平不高，工程项目施工成本管理信息化水平落后，传统的成本管理方法难以对越来越复杂的工程项目进行成本控制。
基于以上背景，本文提出基于BIM技术的工程项目施工成本管理研究，从BIM技术角度出发，借鉴前几年国内外专家对BIM在建筑行业所取得的研究成果，分析国内外现状，阐述有关BIM技术理论、项目成本管理相关的知识，通过介绍BIM在成本控制中的意义和优势、以及BIM在成本控制过程中的操作方法与步骤等方面来重点阐述BIM技术在施工成本管理中的应用，最终提出基于BIM技术的工程项目施工成本管理发展策略，从而有利于基于BIM技术在工程项目施工成本管理的进一步研究。20368

BIM technology-based engineering project construction cost management
Abstract: For now our country's construction industry, the level of construction in the field of information technology is low. The engineering project construction cost management information lags behind. And traditional cost management methods are difficult to carry out more complex projects cost control.
Based on the above background, this paper proposes the construction cost management based on BIM technology projects. From a technical point of BIM, a few years before the draw domestic and foreign experts on BIM in the construction industry research results, analyze the status quo at home and abroad, to elaborate on the theory of BIM technology, project costs management-related knowledge, through the introduction of BIM significance and advantage in terms of cost control, and cost control process BIM operating methods and procedures etc. focuses on BIM technology in construction cost management, and ultimately made based BIM technology project construction cost management strategies, thus contributing to further study the project construction cost management based BIM technology.
