摘要本课题题目为镇江市某酒店暖通空调系统设计。建筑面积是 24236m2,建筑高度 70 多米。综合比较各种空调方案,本设计方案根据不同环境选用不同系统。大厅、餐 厅、大型会议室等大空间采用全空气系统,办公室等较小的空间采用风机盘管+新风 系统。本设计选用一台离心式高温冷水机组作为冷源,制备 16℃冷水,回水温度 21℃。冬季采用市政蒸汽作为热源,使用汽水换热器进行换热,制备 40℃/35℃空 调热水。冷水机组及相关设备置在地下一层制冷机房内。对于地下室的设计,库房 及设备用房设计了机械进风和机械排风系统,地下室走廊设计了机械排烟系统,与 设备用房排风系统合用。地上部分,吸烟室及机房层电梯机房及消防电梯机房设置 了机械排风系统,卫生间排气采用排气扇直接排至室外的方式。地上楼梯间及合用 前室不满足自然排烟要求,设计了机械加压送风系统。84891
本设计详细介绍了系统空调方案的确定和系统冷热湿负荷的计算、新风量的计 算、空调设备的选型、风系统、水系统的水力计算及制冷机房的工艺设计、设备选 型,通风及防排烟设计。最后本设计还对气流组织的校核及系统的消声、减振作了 简明的介绍。

After determining the scheme, the resistance calculation of the air system and water system is carried out, and the path of the pipe and the pipe line is determined, and the most unfavorable path resistance is obtained。 And refer to the cooling load and air supply air flow, etc。 to select the corresponding end of the air conditioning and auxiliary equipment。 And CAD is used to draw the relevant diagram。
