摘要通过认真学习工程量清单计价方式的计价流程以及计价规则，收集有关工程量清单计价的相关资料，了解当前招投标过程中的注意点。

本工程采用万竹园18#四层结构，采用独立基础，框架结构。通过对图纸的研究，计算并编制工程量清单，工程量清单包括分部分项工程费，措施项目费，其他项目费，规费，税金。运用工程量清单计价方式计算工程量之后，计算投标费用其中主要的表格包括：分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表和综合单价分析表等；此外完成了一篇关于工程量清单计价模式下工程造价的管理的论文，加强对工程造价的认识。51593

通过本次毕业设计的学习工程，让我们更加深刻的认识和巩固了大学所学的知识，通过实践让我们能更加从容的面对即将到来的工作。也让我们更加清楚的认识到了工程量清单计价编制的过程。

摘要在我国加入WTO之后，随着国际经济一体化发展，使我国更快更多地融入到世纪经济中。曾经招标工作中大都设有标底，但在当前的市场经济条件下这种工程造价管理的模式已经不再适应当前改革发展的需求，主要表现为不利于政府的职能转变，不利于企业之间相互的良性竞争。

因此我们需要加快招投标模式中工程造价管理的改革，在招投标过程中实现量价分离，由招标人根据图纸计算工程量组成招标文件，让投标人逐项填写单价组成总价，以价低者得的原则最后签订合同。

工程量清单计价是一种更符合国际计价规则的工程量计算方式，但是我国还需要很长一段时间才能与国际完全接轨，所以需要相关部门颁布更加先进的计算规则。
