摘要:根据上海应复中心办公楼施工图纸，按国家现行相关标准，制定施工技术标书、工程量清单及商务标书。首先根据上海应复中心办公楼的工程施工图纸，计算相应的工程量。其次使用造价软件进行工程量清单定额的有关计算，从而制定出商务标书，并根据实际情况修改总价。最后根据制定出的商务标书，进行上海应复中心办公楼技术标书的相关编写。22658
