摘要：通过对西南地区民用建筑材料类型、建造年份、造价、内部装修简况、层数范围、建筑功能和要求、建筑面积、主要结构体系、梁柱连接构造形式、梁墙连接形式、楼面与屋面形式、基础形式、场地现状与条件、现有损伤状况、房屋业主建造过程中遇到过的问题和迫切希望了解的技术等的调研。结合我国民用建筑设计规范和西南地区的民风民俗，介绍西南地区民用建筑现状以及西南地区的建筑特点，分析了其在建筑、结构和施工等方面存在的问题。最后, 提出对今后西南地区房屋建设的发展方向的可行性意见和合理建议。“十二五”期间，国家通过推进装配式住宅的措施，提高建筑工业化程度。预制装配式钢筋混凝土住宅体系是根据建筑工业化设计要求，在住宅建筑主体结构工程中大量采用尺寸精确、做工细致、符合建筑模数化和标准化的预制构配件，不仅质量稳定、减少现场湿作业、缩短施工周期和提高工效并节省材料和保护环境，而且还可大幅度提高住宅工程整体建造水平与质量。但装配式建筑结构在我国西部村镇地区的施工技术受当地经济条件、技术水平等诸多因素的制约，还没有合适的施工技术措施，本课题结合前期调研，寻找一种在西部村镇地区可行的施工技术方案。23814

But the control assembly construction technology of building structure in the western rural area of our country by the local economic conditions, technical level and many other factors, no construction appropriate measures. Based on the previous research, this paper finds a technical scheme for construction in the west rural area feasible.
