本文对南京溧水碧桂园翡翠园12#楼预算书编制,遵循《房屋建筑与装饰工程计量规范计算规则(2013-江苏)》,套用的是《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额计算规则(2014)》,采用《工程量清单项目计量规范》和《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额》等规范。首先新建工程、定义轴网和构件并套取定额,由柱、墙、梁、板等顺序绘制,并最终得到整栋楼的建筑模型,最后得出工程造价。
