昆山市御座商住楼工程土建商务标编制+CAD图纸

摘要：本工程为昆山市御座商住楼工程，该工程位于昆山市青阳北路西侧，新浦路南侧，二类建筑，总建筑面积为13288。4平方米，其中地下室建筑面积1746。3平方米，建筑高度48。450米，屋面防水等级为二级，地下室防水等级为二级，防火等级为一级，结构类型为钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，抗震烈度为七度，设计使用年限50年。按照毕业设计的要求，应用广联达造价软件，编制御座商住楼的商务标。我通过对图纸的理解以及知识点的查询，在算量软件中进行导图与绘图进行清单项目工程量的计算，并在理解构件做法的基础上，针对该构件进行计价。严格采取图纸规定的施工材料，并对于图纸中设计不合理的地方根据实际情况进行一定的改动。91345

1。1 选题原因说明
