设计总说明:随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,建筑内的给排水和消防设计等内容的要求也不断提高。通过本次设计,需要将我们平时学到的理论知识转化成实际的工程,完成某高层办公楼的给排水和消防设计。在设计中,通过合理计算,选择合适的给排水方式、恰当的管径,在满足办公楼给水排水的前提下降低费用,最终达到节能减排的效果。30113
本次设计的对象为某一高层办公楼,该建筑共17层。建筑总建筑面积为23480m2。建筑层高分别为:1F~2F层为5.1m;3~17层为3.7m。设计的主要内容包括:建筑给水系统、消火栓给水系统、自动喷淋系统、建筑排水系统和建筑雨水系统的设计。
给水系统采用分区供水,1F~4F为一区,5F~17F为二区。根据计算,1F~4F采用市政管网供水,5F~17F采用水泵加压供水。其中,市政管网供水的压力为0.27MPa。给水干管和横支管均采用PE管。PE管具有耐腐蚀性、耐冲击性、耐老化性、密度小、质量轻、价格便宜等优点。
本建筑的消防系统包括消火栓系统、自动喷淋灭火系统以及灭火器的设置。消火栓给水系统采用的设水泵和水箱的消火栓给水方式。根据计算可知,1F~5F每层设置十个消火栓,6F~17F每层设置四个消火栓。自动喷淋灭火系统选用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,该系统适用于环境温度不低于4°C,且不高于70°C的场所,具有灭火及时、扑救效率高的优点。同时,因建筑物使用功能不同,仅使用水作为消防手段有时不能完全达到扑救火灾的目的,在每层楼还设置手提式(磷酸铵盐)干粉灭火器。
排水系统采用生活污、废水合流制,人们日常生活中产生的废水通过管道收集,然后排至市政污水管网。雨水系统设置专门的雨水管道,接纳排除屋面的雨雪水市政雨水管网,不与生活污水合流,减少生活污水的处理量。在本设计中,污废水及通气管选择UPVC排水管,雨水排水管选择HDPE排水管。其中UPVC管的主要优点有质量轻、抗腐蚀性好、不易堵塞及价格便宜等优点。HDPE管具有排水安全性高、不易堵塞、耐腐蚀性强、价格便宜及易于文护等优点。
选择卫生配件和器具时,在不影响其正常使用的前提下,优先选用节能节水性能好的新型卫生器具可以大大降低设备负荷,减少能耗。在设计中还可充分利用中水增加生活废水的重复利用率,节约水资源,减少能耗。

Design of water supply and drainage for a Office Building
Design General Information:Nowdays, people's requirements of life quality is improved,and the requirements of building water supply, drainage and fire system’s design are also improved. We need to change the theoretical knowledge which we have learned from books into actual projects in this design, and complete water supply, drainage and fire system’s design of a high-rise office building. Through a reasonable calculation, choose the right means of water supply, drainage and the appropriate diameter. On the premise of meeting the office building water supply and drainage, we need to reduce the cost and achieve the role of energy conservation ultimately.
The design is a high-rise office building, 17 layers of the building. The total construction area of 23480 m2. Building height respectively:1 ~ 2 layer is 5.1m; 3 ~ 17 layer is 3.7 m. The content of this design includes the design of the building water supply system, the hydrant water supply system, the automatic sprinkler system, the building water drainage system and the building storm-water system.
This building life water supply by water distribution system using zoning water, 1 ~ 4 layer is an area, 5 ~ 17 layer is another area. In calculated, one to four layer using the municipal water supply pipe network, five to seventeen layer using pressurized water supply pump. And the municipal pipe network water pressure is 0.27MPa.The water main pipe and branch use PE plastic pipe.
