[摘要]本设计主要为浦东新区领港设计一幢商业中心，其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑底层层高5.5米，标准层层高为4.2米，共五层，建筑总面积5556.6m2 。建筑功能包括商场、咖啡厅、厕所、消防楼梯等。其建筑风格主要结合浦东新区领港地理位置及其建筑类型以简洁，现代为主。
结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。楼盖梁的布置形式采用井字梁楼盖。5688

The architectural and structural design of the Pudong New Area pilotage Business Centre
This design is mainly for the Shanghai maritime university lingang new campus building in a comprehensive teaching building design, including building design and structure design two parts. 1.2 设计要求
本工程建筑建筑结构安全等级为二级，设计基准期为50年，基础设计等级为乙级。抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g，设计地震分组为第一组。
设计要求综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工、建筑艺术等问题。着重解决建筑物内部各种使用功能和使用空间的合理安排；建筑物内部和外表的艺术效果，并能够体现一定的细节设计。
