六层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构商业大楼建筑与结构设计+CAD图纸

[摘要]本设计为抚州新城商业大楼建筑与结构设计，其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑层高3.9m，共优尔层，建筑总面积5068.8m2 。建筑功能包括办公室、会议室、活动室、棋牌室、阅览室、厕所、等。在商业楼建筑建设发展进程中，作为主要链接商业、融汇人气的综合性建设具有鲜明的社会意义，故我在众多毕业设计题目中选择承担“抚州新城商业大楼建筑与结构设计”的建筑结构设计工作。
本办公楼的结构体系采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架结构是由梁和柱组成承重体系的结构。考虑到该种结构体系具有房间布置灵活，不受楼板跨度的限制等优点，能为建筑物提供灵活的使用空间，可很好地满足本商业大楼的使用功能要求。此外，框架结构也常用于各种各样的公共建筑,如大型办公楼、公用事业用房以及工业厂房等。

Shanghai Maritime University Lingang New Campus Comprehensive Teaching Building Architectural And Structural Design
[Abstract]
This design is mainly for the Shanghai maritime university lingang new campus building in a comprehensive teaching building design, including building design and structure design two parts. Construction layer is 3.6 meters, a total of five layers, a total construction area of 5093.83 m2. Building features include the classroom, office, toilet, fire stair. The architectural style main combination "maritime university to cultivate talents for Marine background, the building elevation of the tone of the style with concise, pure and fresh and vigorous primarily. In the top of the building to set a like "the meeting of the seagulls fly" top, the significance of the students like the meeting of the seagulls maritime can generally breaks through all difficulties and obstacles, fly, create beautiful future.
Structure form the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the roof and floor cast-in-site type structure. Floor layout forms of the ribbed beams floor.
