摘要：本文对原秦皇岛市的北戴河整流器厂的用地进行改造。通过分析原厂区的规模以及地理环境的，进行居住小区的改造工作，并对该建设项目进行市场分析、建筑竖向分析、小区布局、环境景观、小区内部交通以及小区户型等的规划设计分析。34465
秦皇岛市是我国最早开放的沿海城市之一，为了加快北戴河城市的发展，加快城市旅游业的发展，加快建设宜业宜游宜住的“三宜型”城市发展理念，进行北戴河市新区发展。北戴河市新区发展建设一自然生态为基础以现代的服务业为支柱，建设中国一流的旅游休闲度假区。为了响应北戴河的新区发展规划，现将原厂址进行北戴河特色居住区规划设计。

1.1现状概况
