摘要：福泉俊源汽车4S店位于贵州省福泉市，地上为4层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑面积为5112.65m²，建筑高度19.2m。其结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50 年；建筑物等耐火等级为二级；建筑抗震设防类别为丙类；地基基础设计等级为丙级。该4S店主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸主要为柱网尺寸为8.1m×9.0m、8.1m×7.2m、8.0m×6.0m，总长度为63.1m，总宽度为20.4m，占地面积为1285.2平方米左右。48107

内部功能主要满足汽车展示，办公人员的日常生活及学习配套设施。负一层为车库、设备用房，1-2层为展厅、办公室，3-4层为办公室。

该楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。基础采用人工挖孔灌注桩。在立面设计中，主要强调建筑的简洁、开阔明亮的特点，不追求复杂的装饰。一楼及二楼涉及到展厅，采用玻璃幕墙，看上去更美观，展厅内部采光更好；考虑到4S店对消防、使用及设施等多方面的综合要求，在设计本建筑的交通组织方面特作了适当的考虑。该建筑选择了良好的朝向和自然通风，保持室内有良好的采光及空气。
