摘要:本设计为华贸中心空调系统设计,包括2F裙楼以及54层办公楼两部分。该大厦位于上海市。2F为商业区域及服务用房,用途根据实际需要来定;建筑面积1389.2,层高5m;54F为办公用房,建筑面积1309.2,层高4m。49009
根据房间功能及面积,2F考虑分区,服务区域选用风机盘管加新风系统,商业区域考虑到人员及使用功能选用全空气系统,一次回风;54F则根据课题要求设计水环热泵空调系统,包括水循环环路,水环热泵机组,辅助设备,新风系统等;这里考虑到安装维修及空间布置,机组选用整体机。另外,考虑到实际使用过程中设备管道维护,环境影响等问题,本工程也进行了相关保温消声等设计。
