摘要随着中国经济的飞速发展,空间需求不断增大,而在城市中,人多地少,寸土寸金,因此建筑物在向高空发展的同时,地下空间的利用也成为了大势所趋,地下室,地下商场,地下车库,地铁车站等工程开始频繁出现,因此产生了大量深基坑,而深基坑的施工必然涉及到基坑支护。另外,高楼大厦也需要基坑支护来确保深基坑工程的安全顺利运行,因此,对于基坑支护的研究是必须的。50881
本设计中的黄浦置业北楼位于镇江市北部,坐落在长江与古运河十字水道旁,设有一层地下室,基坑开挖深度4.0m。本基坑选择了钻孔灌注桩的支护体系,并采用了深层搅拌桩止水,对桩及支撑的几何参数进行了设计计算,并进行了基坑的稳定性分析验算。
除此之外,考虑到了地下水对施工的影响,还选择了合理的降水工艺。本工程采用的是轻型井点降水法降低地下水位。

Abstract With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the demand of space is increasing, but there are so many people live in the city, so the price of ground is very high in the cities. Hence in the development of the building are towards to high stories, at the same time, the use of underground space has become an important development direction. Because of the frequently occur of the basement, underground garage, underground shopping malls, subway station engineering and so on, a large number of deep excavation projects is appearing. On the other hand, the appearance of the deep excavation projects inevitably involves the support of excavation pit. Many-storied buildings also need the support of excavation pit to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the deep excavation projects. Therefore, the study of the support of excavation pit is a must.
The design of the Huangpu house purchase’s north building is located in the northern city of Zhenjiang, located in the side of the cross channel of Yangtze River and the ancient canal, with one basement. The depth of the building foundation pit is 4.0 meters. We take the bored piles support system. In order to stop water , we take the deep mixing pile。Design and calculate the geometric parameters of the pile and anchor, analysis and check the pit stability.
In addition, taking into account the impact of underground water on the construction, it will need a reasonable choice of the precipitation process. The design applied the light well point precipitation method to reduce the level of groundwater.
