摘 要：本工程为兴化市安丰镇龙生新寓1#住宅楼，结构类型为混合结构，总建筑面积为 2693.76平方米，建筑层数为五层加上一个跃层，建筑合理使用年限为50年，耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度七度，屋面防水等级为三级。在标书部分采用工程量清单计价方法对住宅楼的商务标进行了编制，对清单计价的知识进行了进一步的学习。本商务标从企业自身水平出发，结合实际工程情况，并参考甲方提供的工程量清单及地质勘探报告，提供以工程量清单计价形式表现的投标报价。本报价包括土建，充分体现了我单位项目管理和施工技术的整体水平。54161

Abstract: The project for the Xinghua City, Fengzhen Longsheng new apartment 1 # residential building, structure type of hybrid structure, a total construction area of 2693.76 square meters, Building of the five layer and the last layer, building reasonable use fixed number of year for 50 years, fire resistance rating for the secondary, seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, roofing waterproof level for level 3. In the tender part of the bill of quantities valuation method is adopted to the business standard of the residential buildings, to the knowledge of the list valuation for further study. The business standard starting from their own level, combined with the actual engineering situation, and refer to the bill of quantities provided by party a and geological exploration report, provide to form the quantities bill valuation of tender offer. This offer includes civil, fully embodies the I unit overall level of project management and construction technology.

本人对商务标这个课题很有兴趣，并且在房地产开发公司实习，在实际工作中参加了一些项目的商务标的编制，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。
