摘要：本工程位于上海城建校园内，图书馆的总建筑面积为6122m2左右,建筑层数为4层,结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。本设计包括两个部分：建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计部分，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工等问题，对建筑物内部空间的功能和使用空间进行了合理的安排。结构设计部分，通过电算和手算掌握结构选型和结构布置的原则、方法，荷载计算和荷载组合方法，结构在竖向荷载和水平荷载下内力分析方法，上部结构和地基基础的设计方法，以及框架结构的主要构造要求。8869
Shanghai urban construction academy second canteen building architectural and structure design
Abstract:The project is located in Shanghai College. The total construction area of the library is about 6122 m2. There are 4 floors in the library and the structure style is cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure. The study includes two parts: architectural and structural design. In the architectural design, it is worked out the reasonable arrangements for the function and the use of space inside the library on the requirements of the mission statement and considered the environment, the function of rooms, shape, construction and other issues comprehensively. By computer and manual analysis, it is grasped the method of the selection and arrangement of the structure, the method of load calculation and combination, the method of internal force analysis when the structure in vertical loads and horizontal loads, the way to design superstructure and foundation, and the main construction requirements of the frame structure.
第1章 建筑方案设计
1.1 设计依据
1．建设单位提供的设计任务书；
2．其他专业提供的有关资料；
3.相关规范：《民用建筑设计通则》（GB 50352－2005）、《图书馆建筑设计规范》（JGJ 38－99）、《房屋建筑制图统一标准》（GT/50001－2001）、《建筑制图标准》（图集号03G329－1）等建筑设计规范、规程。
1.2 设计要求
本工程建筑建筑结构安全等级为二级，设计基准期为50年，基础设计等级为乙级。抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g，设计地震分组为第一组。
设计要求综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工、建筑艺术等问题。着重解决建筑物内部各种使用功能和使用空间的合理安排；建筑物内部和外表的艺术效果，并能够体现一定的细节设计。
1.3建筑设计
上海城建学院图书馆位于上海市奉贤海湾大学城上海城建学院内，为四层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总建筑面积约为6122m2，建筑高度18.6m（从室外地坪到屋顶女儿墙）。
1.3.1平面设计：
该建筑作为学院的标志性建筑，其基地选在学院中心，交通方便之处，保证环境安静、场地干燥、排水流畅。在馆舍布局上，采用大进深、大开间、开放式的方案。为了保证日照和自然通风条件，该建筑采取正东西布置，整个建筑平面呈矩型，见图1.1。主要出入口设于基地西面，后勤和运书出入口设于基地南北两面，设置有客梯，也可用于图书工作流线。
各层使用功能布置如下：
（1）一层主要布置了大厅、值班室、行政办公室、图书检索室、教材科、储藏室、还书处、图书外借库。
（2）二层主要布置了电子阅览室、图书外借库、自习室、储藏室和行政办公室；电子阅览室3间，自习室3间。
（3）三层主要布置了图书外借库、教师阅览室、综合阅览室、储藏室、期刊阅览室、过刊阅览室和自习室；综合阅览室2间，自习室3间。
