摘要：在工程量清单计价的背景下，我国建筑业规模增长，企业越来越多，竞争也越来越激烈，在市场上获得的一个项目会引起数十家甚至上百家企业竞争。企业若是想要生存获得项目，必须高度重视相应的投标风险研究工作。在现行的“13版清单计价规范”下，投标中存在许多的风险。随着施工期的延长，物价的变化，项目规模的扩大，各种建设过程中的风险产生的可能性也有所增加。清单计价下的招投标活动可以在一定程度上确保施工项目的质量，控制项目成本，提高企业的管理水平，但是风险也同时增加，忽略上述的风险相当于投标人可能会承担不可预测的损失。因此，在工程量清单计价模式下加强投标风险研究具有重要的现实意义。68765

The bidding activity under the bill can ensure the quality of the construction project to a certain extent, control the project cost and improve the management level of the enterprise, but the risk increases at the same time. The above risk is the same as the bidder may bear unpredictable losses. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the bidding risk research in the bill of quantities model.
