摘要:本次设计的对象是北京邮电大学的办公楼,采取框架结构,共六层,梁柱板均为现浇钢筋混凝土结构。50年一遇的基本风压0。45kN/m2、基本雪压0。40kN/m2。抗震设防烈度8度,场地类别为II类场地。设计基本地震加速度值为0。20g。建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计基准期为50年,基础设计等级为乙级。72191

本建筑的平面设计布置,遵循了适用、安全、经济、美观的设计原则。主要办公室根据采光主要分布在向阳面,其余功能性建筑以其适用性分别布置在楼层的各个部位。结构设计部分,则是用pkpm软件建立了整楼模型,并根据轴压比、自振周期、层间位移等系数要求进行了模型调整,更正了梁板柱截面尺寸。完成了柱下独立基础设计,导出了电算计算书。在手算部分,完成了设计布局,计算了层间荷载,确定了截面的初步设计。并选取了一榀框架计算。成果有,梁板柱配筋、风荷载计算、内力组合、自振周期、层间位移、楼梯设计等。

整个结构的设计,都严格符合专业规范要求。从整体布局到构件截面都力争达到合理科学可行。
