摘要自升式钻井平台是目前世界上广泛采用的海洋钻井装备之一,主 要是在滩涂和浅海区域作业,近年来,自升式钻井平台的建造量逐年 增加,我国在海洋钻井平台的设计、建造、检验和科研方面都迫切需 要发展,特别是在海洋钻井平台的基本(技术)设计上,我国在独立设 计方面尚有一定的差距,大多依靠外国设计技术。因此,开展上述相 关方面的研究工作,是提高我国海洋结构物设计制造能力的需要,也 是提高海洋平台设计国际竞争力的需要,这对于我国海洋资源的开发 和我国海洋工程事业的发展都具有重要意义。方案设计在很大程度上 决定了最终产品的性能、创造性、价格、市场响应速度和效率等,因 此,对自升式钻井平台方案设计的相关技术进行研究,实现可行方案 的快速生成、技术参数指标综合评价、最优系统决策,具有重要的理 论意义和实用价值,而平台划分设计就是其中最主要的研究课题之一。 本论文针对 JU2000E 自升式海洋平台进行分段划分研究,以“海洋 石油 941”为实例,结合自升式海洋平台分段划分流程,海洋平台分 段划分原则,自升式海洋平台分段划分特点等重点探究其分段划分方 法。 78253

Abstract Jack-up drilling platform is one of marine drilling equipments which are widely used in the world。 It mainly operates in the mudflats and offshore area。 In recent years, the amount of fabricative jack-up platforms increased year by year。 The marine drilling platforms in China need to develop urgently in the terms of design, construction, testing and research。 Especially in the basic technical design of marine drilling platform, there is a gap in our independent design, which usually relies on foreign technology。 Therefore, carrying out these relative research work can not only improve the manufacturing capacity of marine structure design, but also the international competitiveness of China。 Its significance to the exploit of marine engineering in China is very important。 To a large extent, the design schemes determine the final product in aspects of its properties, creativity, price, market responsiveness and efficiency, etc。 So it has important theoretical significance and practical value to carry on the research of the relative technology about the Jack-up platform design。 What’s more, it’s important to realize the rapid generation, the comprehensive evaluation of technical parameters indicators and the optimal systematic decision of viable solutions。 And the design of platform pision is one of the most important research topics。 This thesis aims at sectional pision of Jack-up drilling platform"JU2000E",and treats the "Offshore Oil 941" as an example。 Combining with sectional pision process, principle and characteristics of Jack-up drilling platform, it can explore the methods of sectional pision。
