摘要本次设计的码头泊位位于张华浜码头 7#泊位的南侧。根据港口地质条件、通货能 力要求等,综合分析采用高桩码头结构形式。本次设计主要包括港口的平面布置和高 桩码头结构的内力计算,以及进行必要的稳定性验算,使其满足极限承载力状态和正 常使用极限状态要求。 79353
本次设计码头总长 184。9 米,宽 35。37 米,顶面标高 4。0 米,由 1 个 1 万吨泊位 组成。码头的平面布置在充分考虑使用和管理要求的前提下进行了最优化布置。码头 面板、纵横梁部分均为预制安装再进行整体现浇。面板部分计算了一块板的内力、配 筋及抗裂抗冲切验算;纵梁部分分别计算了一根连系梁一根轨道梁的内力、配筋及抗 裂验算;横梁内力采用易工软件计算内力,计算配筋并进行抗裂验算;桩帽部分分别 计算了单直桩桩帽、双直桩桩帽、叉桩桩帽的内力、配筋、抗裂抗冲切验算;桩采用 的是预制预应力混凝土管桩,使用易工软件进行内力计算。以上设计及验算结果均满 足现行的相关规范。

Abstract The berth designed this time is located in the south of Zhanghuabang wharf 7# berth。According to the geological condition of the port。 the ability of currency requirements and so on, comprehensively analyze the high pile wharf structure。 This design mainly includes the plane layout of the port and the internal force calculation of the high pile wharf structure ,as well as the necessary stability checking, so that it meets the ultimate bearing capacity of the state and the normal use of the limit state requirements。
The berth is 184。9 meters long, 35。37 meters wide, the top surface elevation is 4 meters high, consisting of one 10 thousand ton berths。 The wharf layout is under the optimized layout in consideration of the using and management requirements。 Terminal panel,vertical and horizontal beam parts are prefabricated and whole cast in place。 Part of the panel is calculated the internal force of a plate, punching shear reinforcement and crack resistance checking;part of the longitudinal beam is calculated a root linking the internal force of beam a track beam, reinforcement and crack resistance checking computations;internal force of the beam uses easy software calculation of internal force, reinforcement calculation and crack resistance checking computations; part of pile caps is calculated single vertical pile caps double straight, pile cap, pile cap fork internal force, reinforcement, shear checking crack resistance; The pile is prefabricated prestressed concrete pipe pile, using the software to calculate the internal force, the design above and the results are satisfied with the current relevant norms。
