摘 要：实行工程量清单计价是规范建设市场秩序，适应社会zhuyi市场经济发展的需要，因此有必要对其进行研究。本次设计选取的项目是江苏省昆山市首创悦都小区1#楼，按照预算编制的程序，根据《建设工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2014），对首创悦都小区住宅楼进行土建工程的工程量清单的编制。在编制过程中采用手算计算分部分项工程量，严格遵循定额中工程量计算规则，并查阅大量相关书籍，同时结合广联达造价软件对计算过程和计算内容予以完善，最后完成预算的编制。本次预算得出的结果可以作为建设方和施工方共同参考的依据，有利于控制工程造价的成本。79725

工程量清单计价是目前国际上通行的做法，我国加入WTO后，建设市场进一步对外开放，为了引进外资，对外投资和国际间承包工程的需要，实行招标工程的工程量清单计价，有利于增加国际间的经济往来，促进我国经济的发展，有利于提高施工企业的管理水平和进入国际市场承包工程。实行工程量清单计价，工程量清单作为招标文件和合同文件的重要组成部分，对避免招标中弄虚作假和暗箱操作以及保证工程款的结算支付都起着重要的作用，有利于降低工程造价，合理节约投资。作为本专业的学生应该扎实学好这一项知识，因此本次设计针对的是昆山市首创悦都小区的工程量预算编制。设计的核心部分与首要工作是工程量的计算，在设计过程中，既温习了旧知识同时也接触学习了新内容，在指导老师指导下通过使用查阅资料与网络等手段，完成了工程量的计算。在完成设计的过程中也学会了套用定额和编制清单的方法。文献综述 昆山市首创悦都小区1#楼预算编制+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/gongcheng/lunwen_92303.html
