摘要：本建筑在上海市，总高度20。6米，是一个房地产交易中心，地上五层，地下一层。本次毕业设计致力于做出该建筑物的夏季空调系统，冬季供暖系统以及必要的防排烟设计。该建筑大致上可以分成两部分，展区和办公区。经综合考虑，决定展区采用全空气系统，办公区采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。办公区较大的房间采用了吊顶机组。本次设计主要完成了此房产中心的负荷计算，空调系统的选择，各设备的选型，风系统的设计，水系统的设计，防排烟系统的设计。最终做出来了多余十个的建筑图纸以及一份本说明书。82544
