摘 要:人口老龄化问题是我国和河南省地区经济发展过程中所面临的共同话题。合理的认识、研究解决好河南省人口老龄化问题,对全面建成小康社会具有重要的战略意义。论文依据河南省2010年第六次人口普查主要数据，通过Eviews做出相应的回归分析，得出我省处于人口老龄化的严重阶段。结合现实分析出影响人口老龄化的原因有出生率下降、死亡率降低、人口老龄化速度快、老龄化程度大于城镇化、老龄人口性别比例不平等，为了更加准确的说明影响我省人口老龄化的因素，通过数据分析发现，在这些因素中：出生率是影响人口老龄化的主要因素。针对我省人口老龄化的严重现象，提出以下建议：应适当推及二胎政策；发展和完善老年法规体系；建立老年社会福利保障体系等。84783

A Study on Aging Population Trend and Countermeasures in Henan Province
Abstract:Aging population is a common problem during the process of economic development in Henan province even in all our country。Rational cognition and the way to solve this problem , has important strategic significance in building our moderately prosperous society。This paper is based on the sixth Census in 2010,Through the regression analysis by Eviws,it can be obtained that our province is in the acute phase of the aging population。Combined with the reality of the impact of population aging analysis we can get that there are some reasons:the decrease of the birth rate and mo rtality rate,the fast growing of aging population,the faster aging population grows than urbanization,the gender imbalance in aging population,and so on。To illustrate the impact factors of aging population more exactly,we also can know through data analysis that the major factor affecting aging population is birth rate。In view of the serious problem of population aging in our province to propose these following advises:Releasing the Two-child Policy properly,developing and improving the legal system for the elderly,setting up Social welfare and security system for seniors,and so on。
