农民工城市融入问题研究+文献综述

摘要在现代化背景下，世界各国工业化和城市化进程中，各个国家工业化发展十分迅速，农业劳动力向工业部门转移已经成为了发展趋势，农村人口向城市转移更是成为了社会的一种普遍的规律和现象。农民工城市融入问题是我们需要面临和解决的问题，应该最大限度上的解决农民工融入城市限制性的问题，给农民工最大权益上的文护。我们的重点内容是研究农民工的城市融入问题在社会层面、经济层面、文化层面和心理层面等方面。经济和制度两方面是阻碍农民工融入城市的主要客观因素，心理层面是主观因素。主观因素和客观因素都是不可忽略的。针对农民工城市融入存在的问题，提出调整政策，加快制度变革，打理促进农民工融入城市；消除对农民工的抵触心理，改善农民与城镇居民的关系；最大程度的保障农民工的合法权益不受侵害；就业体制改革需要加快和完善；农民工体系建设得到保障；提高农民工的整体素质水平等措施，为农民工更好的融入城市提供可行思路和建议。19931

Title    Research on the problem of migrant workers into the city
Abstract
Under the background of modernization, the process of industrialization and city in the world, each country industrialization development is very rapid, the transfer of agricultural labor to industrial sector has become the trend of development, the rural population transfer to the city has become a universal law and social phenomenon. Migrant workers into the city is the question we need to face and solve problems, solve migrant workers should be maximally into problems of city limits, to maintain the interests of migrant workers. We will focus on the study of migrant workers is the city into the problem at the social level, economic level, culture level and psychological level etc.. Two aspects of economy and system is the main objective factors hindering migrant workers into the city, the psychological level is a subjective factor. The subjective factors and objective factors can not be ignored. Aiming at the problems of migrant workers into the city, proposed the adjustment policy, accelerate the system reform, with the promotion of migrant workers into the city; eliminate conflict psychology of migrant workers, improve the relationship between farmers and urban residents; protection of migrant workers the greatest degree of legitimate rights and interests are not infringed; employment system reform to speed up and improve the construction of migrant workers; system security; improve the overall quality of the migrant workers and other measures, provide feasible ideas and suggestions for the migrant workers into the city better.
