摘要：随着时代的发展，我国正在从成年型人口国家快速发展为老年型人口国家。一批又一批退休老年人口在急速增长，随之而来的是愈发复杂和多变的老年人社会问题。本文通过对福建省宁德市鹤祥小区及京都小区的150名退休老年人进行问卷调查和深入访谈后发现，当前城镇退休老年人的老年发展状态并不理想，存在着养老无保障、身体健康问题、内心忧郁、无法接受自己已经迈入老年生活以及退休后的老年生活空虚等一系列问题。这些问题的产生主要归因于老年人自身对退休的角色转变未能适应，家庭社区对老年人养老保持固有的老旧思想以及政府社会对退休老年人老年发展的忽视等。基于此，本文提出了相应的对策与建议：一是帮助老年人以健康的心态接受退休后的老年生活；二是在家庭和社区里开展有助于退休老年人老年发展的活动；三是在城镇里普及老年发展这一概念以及老年发展对于老年人的现实意义；四是通过完善城镇相应的老年社会救济、老年社会福利、社会保险等制度体系促进退休老年人的老年发展。20533

Investigation on elderly development of town retired people
Abstract:With the development of the times, our country is from mature population countries to aging population countries.Group of retired elderly population in rapid growth, followed by more complex and changeable social problems of the elderly. This article through the Hexiang district in Ningde Fujian with 150 retired elderly people found after questionnaire and in-depth interview find out the current of town retired old people elderly development status is not ideal. There are a lot of problems of elderly people such as  pension security problems, health problems, mental depression, an they can not accept his century.the aged life and retired elderly life empty and a series of problems. These problems can be attributed to the elderly themselves to change the role of retirement.Also relative to  community and government.And the government's neglect to retire to the old old age developmentof the society. Based on this my paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions:First, To help the elderly to a healthy state to accept the elderly life after retirement;Second,carry out activities in the family and the community which help elderly retired people development;Third, develop the concept and the realistic significance of the development for the elderly ;Fourth, completete town corresponding elderly social welfare, such as elderly social welfare, social insurance system to promote retired people’s elderly development.
