摘要在面临全球化、城市化等多方挑战的当今社会，地方政府的创新行为是我国政府进行管理创新的重要组成部分，创新行为的扩散大大提高了政府的综合管理能力。为了充分地分析地方政府的创新行为是如何扩散的，本文首先对地方政府创新行为扩散的相关概念进行了界定，明确了文章的分析对象，并列举了相关的理论，接着本文以“网格式管理”为例，在研究其扩散现状的基础上，结合各影响因素分析了“网格式管理”的扩散过程，并对“网格式管理”的扩散进行了原因分析，最后，本文针对如何推动地方政府创新行为的扩散提出了建议，以期为地方政府的创新扩散提供一定的借鉴意义。87595

Title How Does the Innovation Behavior of the Local Governments Diffuse ?——Taking Grid Management as an Example
Abstract In today's society faced with the challenges of globalization,urbanization and so on,the innovation behavior of local governments is an important part of the management innovation of Chinese government。The diffusion of innovative behavior has greatly improved the ability of the government's comprehensive management。In order to fully analyze the diffusion process of innovation behavior of local governments,this paper firstly defines the concepts of the diffusion of innovation, clearing the analysis object。Also,the paper generalizes a number of theories concerned。Then this paper takes Grid Management as an example and analyzes its diffusion process combining with all influencing factors on the basis of the current situation of its diffusion。What’s more,this paper also analyzes the causes of diffusion of the innovation。At last, in order to provide some reference for the innovation diffusion of local governments,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the diffusion of innovative behavior。源-于,优~尔^论=文.网www.youerw.com 原文+QQ7520~18766
