台湾休闲农业创新性问题探讨

摘要随着国民所得及生活观念的改变，人们更加积极从事休闲游憩活动，休闲农业也因此蓬勃发展。台湾的休闲农业在政策和资金等各方面的支持下，探索发展出了各具特色的道路。相比较大陆地区休闲农业发展而言，积累了政府扶持，政策优惠，创新经营等方面的经验。本文以花莲阿尼吉休闲农场和屏东鹑园休闲农场为例，对比分析了两家农场及其创新性，提出针对农场在不同功能上关于农场体验教育活动设计，人员配置与培训等方面的建议，也为大陆地区的休闲农业发展提供借鉴。87982

Abstract With the change of national income and the concept of life, people are more actively engaged in leisure activities。Therefore,Leisure Agriculture is blooming。 With the policy and the funding of the government, Taiwan’s Leisure Agriculture has explored a distinctive road。 Compared with the development of Leisure Agriculture in mainland China, Taiwan’s Leisure Agriculture has accumulated experience in the support of government, preferential policy and innovative management。 This thesis takes Aniji Leisure Farm in Hualien County and Chunyuan Leisure Farm in Pingtung County as examples to summarize the innovation and then put forward corresponding suggestions on the design of farm experience education activities and personnel configuration and training。 At the same time, this thesis provides a reference for the development of leisure agriculture in mainland China。源-于,优Y尔O论U文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
