摘要历史文化街区是文化遗产的重要保护对象，杭州的河坊街是具有杭州特色的历史文化街区。但是由于旅游业的发展和经济利益的驱动，原真性的缺失和过度商业化几乎成了历史文化街区的通病。本文以河坊街历史文化街区为例，在现有文献的基础上，制定了一份包含游客的个体特征、出游特征和旅游体验质量的调查问卷。通过实地和网络问卷调查，将调查结果运用数据统计和SPSS技术，分析出游客在河坊街的旅游体验质量，同时借鉴参考文献，反映出河坊街现存的问题，并以此提出相应的措施，来提高游客的旅游体验质量。在保护与传承历史文化街区的同时，也要提高旅游体验质量。因此应进行全方面的统一协调发展，走适合河坊街的可持续发展道路。88951

Abstract Historic conservation area is an important object of cultural heritage protection, Hangzhou Hefang Street is a historic conservation area with the characteristic of Hangzhou。 However, due to the development of the tourism industry and economic interests driving, the lackof authenticity and over commercialization have almost become a common problem in the historic conservation area。 This article takes Hefang Street historic conservation area as an example, on the basic of the existing literature, formulating a questionnaire that contains the inpidual characteristics, travel characteristics and tourism experience quality of tourists。 Through the field and network questionnaire survey, using data statistics and SPSS technology, tourist experience quality in Hefang Streetwas analyzed by survey results。 At the same time, using references to reflect the existing problems in Hefang Street and improve the quality of tourists’ experience through propose appropriate measures。 In the protection and heritage of historical and cultural blocks, but also to improve the quality of tourism experience。 Therefore, it is necessary to carry out all aspects of unified and coordinated development, and take the road of sustainable development which for Hefang Street。
