摘要本篇论文通过阅览相关文献和案例，研究如何管理和提升在供应链环境下的合作伙伴信任度。第三章首先运用博弈论的方法验证了在不完全信息的情况下低信任度合作伙伴背叛的可能性，从而提出建立合作伙伴评价体系的重要性，然后参考相关文献建立了适用的合作伙伴评价体系。在第四章研究了沃尔玛的现实案例，提出建立先进信息系统、核心企业榜样作用和激励机制能提升合作伙伴间的信任度的观点，最后一章进行总结。88081

This paper studies how to manage and enhance level of trust between partners in a supply chain environment by reviewing relevant documents and cases。 In the third chapter，I firstly use the method of game theory to verify the possibility of betraying between low-credit partners without complete information，and then put forward the importance of establishing the evaluation system of partnership and refer to relevant documents so as to establish the applicable evaluation system of partnership。 In the fourth chapter，I study the real case of Wal-Mart，put forward the idea of establishing advanced information system，the example role of core enterprise and incentive mechanism to promote the level of trust between partners。 And the last chapter is to summarize。
