摘    要在人口老龄化背景下，老年人性犯罪率正逐年上升。本研究运用帕森斯的AGIL模型分析了老年人性犯罪的原因。其中行为有机体、人格系统为内部原因，即老年人本身具有性需求加上生理病变导致大脑损伤致使犯罪，以及被害人的生理劣势，老年人性犯罪的欲望、动机和目标；社会系统及文化系统为外部原因，如政府关注、社会制度和家庭变迁等因素以及“老而无性”“谈性色变”等观念给老年人群带来的压力。最后，提出相应的预防建议，如潜在犯罪者与潜在被害人生理与心理上的素质提升，政府加大关注力度提高法律宣传，丰富老年人生活，树立新的社会观念。88922

Under the background of population aging, the sex crime rate of the old people is increasing year by year。 I did comparative analysis, choose the AGIL model by Parsons。 To make a deep analysis from four aspects of behavior of organisms, personality system, social system, cultural system。 The behavior of organisms, personality system for internal reasons, namely the elderly has demand and physiological disease causing brain damage resulting in the crime, and the victim's physical weakness, the elderly crime desires, motivations and goals; social system and cultural system for external reasons, influence of government, society, family, ideas, such as the attention of the government, the social system and the changes of family factors such as "old" clones "talking about sex" and other concepts to bring pressure to the elderly population。 The above reasons combined with the national conditions, draw the corresponding preventive measures, such as potential criminals and potential victims of the physiological and psychological quality, the government to increase efforts to improve the legal publicity and attention, enrich the lives of older persons, and establish a new social concept。
