摘要:自改革开放以来,我国的经济迅速发展。越来越多的中国企业,包括高科技企业,在国内取得骄人成绩的同时,开始拓展国际市场,把产品销往世界。华为公司作为一家民营的通讯设备制造高科技企业,在短短的二十三年之内,发展成为世界500强之一,它的成功是有目共睹的。但是由于我国通讯行业起步晚,规模还未成熟并且没有丰富的经验,使得华为在其海外市场的发展并不是十分顺利。华为是中国民营高科技企业的杰出代表,是国内知名的通讯设备供应商。本文以华为公司作为研究对象,对其环境、对手、竞争策略进行分析,指出华为在营销过程中存在的问题并提出建议。对于国内其他企业,特别是高科技企业进入海外市场的道路上带来一些有益的思考。24336

The Competitive strategy analysis for Huawei
Abstract: Since China's reform and opening-up policies were launched, Chinese economy has developed rapidly. More and more Chinese enterprises, including high-tech enterprise, began to expand the international market through sold products to the world while succeed at home. Huawei ,as a private high-tech enterprise communications equipment manufacturing, has developed into one of the world's top 500 in just 23 years.Its success is obvious to all. But because of the communication in China started late, the scale is not mature and there is no experience which make the development of huawei in the overseas market is hard. Huawei is an excellent representative of Chinese private high-tech enterprises, and also is the domestic well-known communications equipment suppliers. This article through to the company as the research object, focusing on environment,opponents and competitive strategy analysis to point out the problems that huawei in the marketing process.Then give suggestions to improve them. For other domestic enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises to bring some useful thinking on the road of entering overseas market .
