摘 要近几年，猎头行业的市场规模保持着显著的高速增长，成为令人瞩目的“朝阳产业”，但与欧美国家猎头业相比，我国猎头行业仍存在准入门槛低，国内企业认同度不高、猎头顾问素质参差等问题。随着我国经济结构的调整与升级，整个猎头行业呈现专业化发展的趋势。大多数猎头公司也开始改革创新，寻找发展新道路。89429
本文以研究猎头公司推荐成功率为切入点，通过三大方面，即浙江A公司猎头部的样本分析，博弈分析，并结合自身工作实践，提出了提升猎头公司推荐成功率、完善猎头公司运作，包括加大对猎头顾问的专业培训，完善内部的晋升体系与激励制度，减少资深猎头人才的流失率，打造公司的核心竞争力等相关建议，从而为猎头公司的转型发展提供有益的思路。
