摘要科技人才的创造能力与创新能力是经济社会发展的第一大动力,无论是大到一个国家的宏观国民经济,还是小到一个企业的发展,创造力都是至关重要的因素。在现代的经济活动中,大学与其他需要科技创造力的社会机构相比,更具有专门培养和开发科技人才的社会功能,所以大学教育越来越受到社会各方面的高度重视,被指望解决社会问题。本文针对我国当代大学生科技创造力培养过程中存在的问题,分析影响大学生科技创造力的因素并借鉴国外大学的教育理念和教育模式,提出培养和开发大学生科技创造力的对策和建议。有助于高校大学生特别是理工科大学生科技创造力的培养,从而使得作为人才培养机构的大学真正承担起培养高素质创新型人才的责任。25295

Title The path of cultivating and developing the technology creativity of the contemporary college students
Abstract
Creativity and innovation ability of technology professionals is the first major driving force for economic and social development. Not only for a country's macro-economy, but also for the development of a business, creativity is a crucial factor. In the modern economic activities, the university has more social function in cultivating and developing science and technology talents compared to other social institutions needing technological creativity, so all aspects of society pay more and more attention on the college education, and the college education is expected to solve social issues. Firstly, this paper concludes the problems in technological creativity for contemporary college students' cultivating and developing .Secondly, this paper analyses the factors and learns from educational philosophy and educational model of foreign universities. Lastly this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate and develop scientific and technological creativity of college students. This paper contributes to cultivating technological creativity of college students, science and engineering students in particular, and making the university which as a personnel training institution truly takes responsibility for cultivating high quality talents.
