摘 要近些年来互联网技术发展迅猛,网络直播开始越来越多的出现在了人们的生活中，并快速影响着人们的生活方式，刚过去的2016年更是被称为“中国网络直播的元年”兴起了无数的网络直播平台，直播形式也从单一的秀场直演变成电竞、电商、体育等多种直播形态，网络直播的发展虽然不断在规范与完善，但是价值导向过低自始至终都是网络直播行业存在的顽疾。同时行业之间的竞争愈演愈烈，如何制定和实施行之有效的解决策略就对直播行业长期健康发展至关重要。89715
本文首先通过文献的研究，介绍网络直播的发展现状并分析网络直播目前的整体行业环境为后续的原因分析以及案例研究做铺垫，从直播内容、直播模式、行业竞争三个方面总结我国直播行业现存的问题表现。从内、外部监管，模式创新，内容创新为着手点，提出化解直播行业现存问题的对策。
