摘 要“上有天堂下有苏杭，苏杭中央南浔风光”，南浔古镇紧跟着我国经济与文化的发展步伐，在古镇旅游业中取得了较为出色的成绩。南浔古镇旅游业的发展不仅促进了当地经济的发展，而且传承并弘扬了南浔古镇的传统文化与文化内涵。89771
由于古镇旅游竞争的日益激烈，为了能够更好的发展南浔古镇的旅游业，本研究首先对文化旅游与古镇旅游进行分析，其次对南浔古镇的旅游资源进行调查研究，提炼南浔古镇旅游资源的特色，探讨旅游资源在发展过程中产生的问题及原因，为南浔古镇旅游业的发展提供新的建议与措施。

Abstract：There is heaven on the sky, there is Suzhou and Hangzhou on the earth, Nanxun's scenery is between Suzhou and Hangzhou, the ancient town of Nanxun followed the pace of China's economic and cultural development, the ancient town tourism industry has made remarkable achievements。 The development of tourism in the ancient town of Nanxun not only promoted the development of the local economy, but also inherited and carried forward the traditional culture and cultural connotation。
The competition of town tourism is increasingly fierce。 In order to make the tourism of Nanxun ancient town develop better, the paper firstly analyzes the cultural tourism and the ancient town tourism and refine the characteristics of Nanxun ancient town tourism resources。 Secondly the paper does some investigations to the Nanxun ancient town of tourism resources and discusses the problems and reasons in the development of tourism resources。 And finally it provides some suggestions and measures for the development of the Nanxun ancient town tourism industry。
