摘 要目的 了解当前杭州市居民生活垃圾分类收集的现状和影响因素,为提高分类投放,实现垃圾减量化,资源化提供参考。方法 选取杭州市西湖区、下城区、江干区3个城区的居民进行拦截式问卷调查。 结果 本次调查的401人中，有314人（78。3%）知晓杭州市垃圾分类活动。Logistics回归分析显示与居民垃圾分类收集行为有统计学意义的因素是:注意分类提示的频率（P＜0。001）、了解分类政策的程度（P=0。004）、接受宣传教育的频率（P=0。005）、自学分类知识的程度（P=0。003）。居民获取相关垃圾分类知识的主要途径是：电视广播（53。1%）、社区居委会宣传（40。6%）及报纸书籍（32。4%）。结论 杭州市社区居民垃圾分类知晓率较高，但垃圾分类效果并不理想。政府应加强引导，完善相关法律法规和基础设施建设，采用综合手段促进全民参与垃圾分类。89883

Abstract Objective To study the status of classifing domestic waste among residents in Hangzhou so as to find influence factor of classified domestic waste so as to provide reference for improving the Classified delivery and reducing waste。 Methods A total of 401 residents in Xihu District, Xiacheng District , Jianggan District were surveyed by using random interceptted questionnaire。 Results 314（78。3%）residents have the literacy of classifing domestic waste in Hangzhou among this survey of 401。 Logistics regression analysis showed that the different frequency of paying attention to the classification tips (P < 0。001), the different degree of understanding classification policy (P=0。004), the different frequency of receiving advertising and education (P=0。005), the different level of self-taught relevant knowledge (P=0。003) had different literacy of domestic waste sorting behavior, and the difference was statistically significant。 The main ways of residents getting the knowledge of literacy of waste sorting are as follows: Television broadcast (53。1%), community neighborhood committee advertising (40。6%) and newspapers (32。4%)。 Conclusion The awareness rate of waste sorting of community residents in Hangzhou is relatively high, but the effect is not ideal。 The government should strengthen the guidance, improve the relevant laws and regulations and infrastructure construction, Using comprehensive means promote public participation in garbage classification。
